To Register a Litter
To register a litter of puppies, appropriate fees ($10/pup) must first be sent to the Secretary/Treasurer (See Contact Us menu).
Fees can be paid by mailing a check or via PayPal. (See Contact Us menu).
Once fees are paid, send completed form to the Registrar at the address on bottom of form or via email (See Contact Us menu).
