If you are looking for a quality LGD that has been raised right, Rafter C Ranch and LGDs has a puppy for you. This litter was born 1/04/26. Our puppies are bonded with sheep and goats starting at 4 weeks of age. We raise them in a bonding pen surrounded by electrical fencing to teach them to respect fence boundaries. Our puppies are human socialized and have begun leash and tether training. We desensitize them to touch and take them on vehicle rides to acclimate them to traveling in vehicles. The puppies will be vet checked, receive initial vaccinations and de-worming before the pick up date. They will be available at 8 weeks of age, giving them time to learn canine socialization skills from their mother and siblings and to continue bonding with livestock. We pride ourselves on providing ongoing support, mentoring, and education as the puppy developes their livestock guardian dog skills. We help troubleshoot any adolescent behaviors the puppy may exhibit as it matures.
